Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or canceled without enough notice, it makes it difficult to offer that time to another client who may be waiting. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide 6 hours notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client.

- Cancellations with less than 6 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked services.

- No show appointments will be charged full session rates.

- Emergencies and sudden illness are understandable, and we will do our best to be flexible when possible.
